Welcome to mypassion (referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or “mypassion”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website [www.mypassion.ca] (“Website”), owned and operated in Ontario, Canada. By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our Website.

4. Shipping and Returns

• We currently ship across Canada.
• Delivery timelines and shipping costs are displayed at checkout. Shipping costs are subject to change without prior notice.
• Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer; we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete shipping details.

Returns Policy:

• Returns are accepted on unopened and unused products only, within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original packaging and in new, resalable condition.
• Due to health and safety regulations, opened supplements cannot be returned.
• For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact help@mypassion.ca within 7 days of delivery, including your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement at no cost.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days once the return is approved and processed.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website—including product descriptions, logos, images, text, and graphics—is the exclusive property of mypassion and protected under Canadian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

Return and Refund Policy

At mypassion, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund terms below:

Terms of Return:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.
• Opened or used supplements cannot be returned for safety reasons.

Reasons for Return:

• Incorrect or wrong product received.
• Damaged or defective product upon arrival.

Process for Returns:

1. Contact us at help@mypassion.ca with your order number and photos (if applicable).
2. Our support team will provide return instructions.
3. Once approved, ship the product back in secure packaging.

Refund Process:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the return is processed.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect product).
